May God bless you and your family
during Christmas
and in 2011!
To the tune of the old-old song "White Christmas",
shares with me the following lyrics by James Ryle,
as a confirmation
of our faith and hope
during the coming holidays...
"I’m praying for a Christ Christmas
Just like the ones we used to know.
With the Babe in the manger,
People being friends with strangers,
And helping every needy soul.
I’m praying for a Christ Christmas
Just like it was that holy night.
May your days be filled with God’s light
And may all your Christmases have Christ."

merry christmas to you and your loved ones.....
Dear Ida,
I couldn't agree more with these lyrics!! Personally, I never want a White Christmas - a Christmas with the birds singing and butterfly's fluttering is more to my liking!! (And probably more like it was at Christ's nativity too!) So sorry your friend caught cold weather when he was visiting here... it's been Spring like ever since that week. But that's how it is here - we have a few days of cold, then a couple weeks of warm weather. And when never know when it will be warm and when it will be cold. I think it gets cold sometime just to remind us that we are in the Northern Hemisphere!
Hope your Christmas Day was just perfect!
Blessings!
ann
Thanks Beth - and a BLESSED new year for you and yours too!
